ONS 2026

For ONS 2026, we are undertaking our largest and most complex project to date, with one primary responsibility: coordinating all accommodation arrangements for delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and invited speakers from across the globe. We deliver this service as the Official Accommodation Partner of the ONS Foundation, working in close collaboration with Stavanger Forum.

The scope of the assignment includes strategic planning, capacity management, liaison with hotel partners, room allocation, and the handling of both individual and large-scale group bookings. An event of this magnitude requires precise coordination and continuous quality assurance, both during the planning phase and throughout the entire delivery period.

Through this project, we demonstrate our ability to manage complex logistical operations, provide reliability and predictability for all stakeholders, and deliver a seamless accommodation solution capable of handling both significant volume and operational complexity. It serves as a clear example of how we create value for major events through structure, quality, and close collaboration.
