Before, during, and after the conference, we delivered a comprehensive range of services. Preparations included detailed conference planning, participant management, transportation and accommodation coordination, abstract management, exhibitor services, newsletter communications, and the development of a dedicated conference app. The app served as a central platform for attendees, providing access to the programme, registration, activities, participant information, exhibitor details, and a dedicated support function.

Across the event, we produced and distributed 659 name badges and subsequently issued certificates of attendance to participants. We also managed 340 abstracts, coordinated 98 speakers across four parallel sessions, supported 151 poster presenters, and facilitated participation for 24 exhibitors. In addition, we planned and delivered seven excursions, offering delegates the opportunity to experience the region and take a break from the scientific programme.

Given the conference’s international audience, all presentations were live-streamed to nearly 200 virtual participants worldwide. Delivering this hybrid experience required robust digital solutions and close collaboration with our technical partners, whose expertise ensured a seamless and high-quality streaming experience for remote attendees.
